This module is concerned with a relatively new field of study. It considers the psychology of people at work. Psychology is about why people do the things they do and work psychology deals with the application of psychology to work places. The study of work psychology It explores the relationship between people and their jobs, work systems and processes, work groups and teams and the environment of the work organization. It reflects on how the organization internal environment influences employees psychologically and how organizations are influenced by people.
