This module aims to enable student to consolidate and extend English language proficiency and communication skills (particularly listening and speaking) in workplace and professional settings. Students would be able to express their own ideas, feelings and thoughts clearly, and respond to others appropriately, in a range of formal and informal situations in business contexts.Additionally, the module prepares students to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
