Introduction:
This module is meant to acquaint and familiarize non-Arabic speaking students with the characteristics of contemporary Omani / Arab culture and civilization. In addition, it sheds lights on the values of Arab communities and the need to uphold and adhere to these values. During the course, students will be taught about various types of issues ranging from history, geography, tourism, and the culture of Oman. It also aims at enhancing and extending the knowledge of students about the importance of harmony, cooperation and tolerance among cultures.
