The Undergraduate Research Grant (URG) is offered under the Block Funding Programme (BFP) of the Authority of Research and Innovation. It supports undergraduate students in carrying out research projects under the supervision of academic staff. The grant aims to help students develop research skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to projects that address national priorities in the Sultanate of Oman.
The programme provides funding for short-term research projects and represents an excellent opportunity for students interested in research, innovation, and practical learning beyond the classroom.
