Voyage Program (12 months) offers a combination of hotel-based training and is part of a global initiative offered across Europe, Middle East and Africa. When you join Voyage, you’re on the right track to pursue a rewarding career with Marriott International, the largest hotel company in the world with 7,600 properties in 133 countries and territories.
As a Voyager, you’ll benefit from an intensive 12-month program combining on-the-job training and handpicked selection of leadership skills courses, such as Executive Leadership Speaker Series, eCornell certification courses, mentorship program, and an opportunity to connect and network with other Voyagers around the globe.
To qualify, you must be an Omani national with a Bachelor's Degree from a hotel school or a university (any discipline) and graduate - or due to graduate - between April 2019 and September 2021 (only applications submitted via MarriottU.com will be considered).
