Ministry of Higher Education Research and innovation pleased to inform you that the 5G & IoT Center of Excellence is opening its registration to a new Digital Skills Program (Pluralsight Platform). The platform provides a technical online learning licenses to more than 1500 participants, to help individuals and businesses to develop technical skills and adjust to changing in technology.
This platform focuses on training for tech-based professions, such as IT operations, security and software development.

Eligibility to license
- Age 16 and above
- Interested in technical advancements, IT students in research institutions, software developers, IT administrators, and creative professionals.
Registration start date is 01 Feb 2022
Registration Process
- Go to the Center of Excellence website https://coe.ipm.om
- Select the Digital Skills Program, then select Pluralsight Program
- Fill out the form and select the path you are interested in
- A team from the Ministry will grant licenses to whom eligibility applied
- An email will be sent from Pluralsight to activate the account and start the pathway
*Please note that if the account is not activated within 15 days, the license will automatically be expired.
The Ministry will follow up on participants through emails and market new pathways. If the participants do not utilize the license the Ministry has the right to pull out the license and provide it to other beneficiaries.
