I hope you are well.
As you approach the end of the semester and prepare for your final assessments, I wish you every success in your revision and examinations.
I would like to remind you of MUC’s regulations regarding the use of mobile phones and smart devices during examinations, as stated in the Student Handbook, Induction programme, and Invigilation Policy.
Please note that students are not permitted to bring mobile phones or smart devices into the examination hall. If you are in possession of any such device, it must be switched off and placed at the front of the examination hall with your personal belongings.
Any student found in possession of a mobile phone and/or smart device during the examination will be stopped by the invigilator, and the device will be confiscated. Following verification, the student may be reported to the Academic Integrity Committee for breach of regulations.
I kindly request your cooperation to ensure examinations are conducted smoothly by adhering strictly to College regulations.

مع اقتراب نهاية الفصل الدراسي واستعدادكم للاختبارات النهائية، أتمنى لكم كل التوفيق والنجاح في فترة المراجعة وأثناء تأدية الامتحانات.
أود تذكيركم بلوائح الكلية المتعلقة باستخدام الهواتف المحمولة والأجهزة الذكية داخل قاعات الامتحان، كما هو موضح في دليل الطالب.
يرجى العلم بأنه لا يُسمح بإحضار الهواتف المحمولة أو الأجهزة الذكية إلى قاعة الامتحان. وفي حال وجود أي جهاز بحوزة الطالب، يجب إيقاف تشغيله وتسليمه ووضعه في المكان المخصص في مقدمة القاعة مع المتعلقات الشخصية.
أي طالب يُضبط بحوزته هاتف محمول و/أو جهاز ذكي أثناء الامتحان سيتم التعامل معه وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة، حيث ستتم مصادرة الجهاز، وقد يُحال الطالب، بعد التحقق، إلى لجنة النزاهة الأكاديمية لمخالفته اللوائح والأنظمة.
