At Majan we believe that leadership is a choice not a position. This choice is available to everyone. It is important to discover leadership early in life and inculcate leadership skills so that the youth of today can become leaders of tomorrow.
As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, Majan University College had initiated the Majan Youth Development Programme for the Indian Schools, Oman on 15th of May, 2018 with the following objectives:
• Enable the youth to identify and discover their true potential.
• Develop leadership skills, primarily problem solving, team building, and communication.
