To develop a policy website.

To establish a Dept. and appoint a Head for Planning, Policy, Enhancement and Innovation. (PPEI)

To create a Compliance, Audit and Risk Management Office. (CARM)

To appoint Compliance officers within each Faculty and Dept.

To appoint a PGC administrator to support the Head of PGC.

To appoint two more administrators to the PGC.

To create a Compliance and Risk Management committee.

To set up a Strategic Planning and Policy committee.

To produce a Risk Register.

To appoint a College Examinations Officer.

Although this may be a good starting point, one of the objectives of the Strategic Plan is to restructure the Organisational Plan once the Strategic Plan has been implemented and not during the drafting process.  What we need to do first is collect all the pieces that need to go into the structure then put them together, like you would a jigsaw.  Here we've put the cart in front of the horse.
