Dear students

Welcome to the new February-June 2022 semester. I hope you and your families are keeping safe.

Please note that the Teaching for WEEK 1 will be online using Microsoft Teams. During next week, you will be informed of the teaching mode for teaching week 2 onwards.

All the lecturers will share with you the link for your classes on MOVE.

As a College, we will provide you with the support that is required in order to complete the semester successfully. However, it is important to understand and adhere to the following:

1. The attendance policy in the Student Undergraduate Handbook 2020-2021 (section 2.10 pages 10-11), clearly states that “it is compulsory that you maintain at least 80% attendance for all modules that you register for. If your attendance is less than 80% in a module you will not normally be allowed to do the final assessments (i.e. final examinations, final assignment, final presentation, final viva, etc.) and your assessment will not be marked even if submitted”.

2. It is your responsibility to make sure that you arrange a computer and a stable internet connection in order to attend your classes. If you require any support do not hesitate to contact your lecturers who will be happy to assist you.

3. The Microsoft Teams link you will receive from your lecturer is for your use only, you should not share the link with anyone outside the class.

Best regards,
